Ex servicemen in Katsina state have lamented on how the state government has not launched the Annual Armed Forces Remembrance Day for about two years now.
According to the Chairman Nigeria Legion in the state, it is from proceed of the annual launching of the Armed forces remembrance day that they rises funds to assist Widows and Orphans.
They also appealed to the Federal Government to promptly implement the harmonise salary structure on their monthly pension.
Chairman of the Nigeria Legion in Katsina, Captain Amadu Dalha Gafai Retired also appealed to the state government to give them farm lands as obtained in other states for their members to expand their Agriculture activities.
