As the Eid el-Fitir celebration sets in, Commercial Bank Customers in Katsina are finding it very difficult to access cash from their respective accounts.
They lament that most of the banks have not put their ATM machines to optimum use.
They say many of them are forced to travel to the state capital for bank transactions and end up spending the whole day, sometimes without getting to withdraw money, due to congestion within and outside the Banks.
