The Kaduna state government is seeking to explore new business cooperation areas and attract investors to Kaduna through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding with Hebei Province of China and the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC).
Governor Uba Sani, leading a delegation of officials from Kaduna state to China, emphasized that a significant aspect of the agreement is the plan to replicate the successful Hebei Industrial Park model in Kaduna.

The MOU also includes provisions for exchanges and cooperation in various fields such as economy, trade, science and technology, energy, agriculture, and infrastructure, all aimed at promoting mutual prosperity and development.
In China, the Kaduna team discussed urban renewal and rural infrastructure with CCECC President Chen Sichang and other top executives at the company’s Beijing headquarters.
