The Ijaw Leaders Forum has endorsed the Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Senator Douye Diri. The Forum described the PDP flagbearer as a seasoned administrator with requisite pedigree and manifesto to promote job creation and equitable wealth distribution in Bayelsa State.
With the endorsement, the “Ijaw Leaders Forum” has gone beyond its non-partisan boundaries to make a statement of choice ahead of the
Governorship election.
Timi Kaizer Ogoriba and members of the “Ijaw Leaders Forum” called on people of the state to move with the digital age of growth and development
proposed by Senator Douye Diri.
The group believed the endorsement of the PDP flagbearer aptly highlights the popular choice of the Izon nation.
