The ruling on bail application for the six accused persons standing trial for March 8th Ife communal clash which left 46 people dead, will be delivered on Friday.
The trial which began on Wednesday at the Osun state High Court, sitting in Osogbo has had two witnesses called and cross examined by the prosecuting and the defense counsel.
While giving his testimony, Prosecution Witness 2, Muktar Abubakar, told the court that he saw one of the suspects shoot his brother to death.
