Security is beefed up as dignitaries arrive at the hilltop residence of the former military president, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida {retired} to mark his 80th birthday.
TVC News Correspondent, who is reporting live from the venue says only important guests are allowed into the premises.
He added that they are being screened at the gate by Security operatives before they’re allowed in.
