The Nigerian government has been advised to invest in the movie industry to encourage upcoming artistes.
The secretary of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Ondo state branch, Uche Erondu gave the advice at the official presentation of a movie titled, “Roller coaster”in Akure .
He urged other states to emulate Abia state that is assisting movie producers who shot their films in the state with a sum of ten million naira.
The executive producer of the movie, Olugbemi Adebowale, said the entertainment industry has been neglected by government at all levels.
