Chairman of fuel marketers has assured consumers in Ekiti State that filling stations would not withdraw their services in view of the current impasse between them and the state government.
Shina Amao was speaking in Ado Ekiti when he led a team from Ore Depot to inspect the filling stations demolished on the orders of Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose.
He expressed displeasure over the losses suffered by the dealers whose stations were demolished by the same government that approved their location after collecting the appropriate fees which run into millions of naira.
The IPMAN boss urged well meaning Ekiti people to plead with the Governor to ensure a conducive atmosphere for them to carry out their legitimate business in the state promising that marketers will not cheat consumers.
