Governor Darius Ishaku disclosed this at the launch of Taraba Vegetables Farm by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo during a one-day state visit where some water and road projects were also inaugurated.

Taraba State is Nigeria’s third largest state in terms of landmass and it enjoys several climatic conditions.

Governor Ishaku says he’s set to market the state’s uniqueness to commercial investors.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo commended the governor for the agriculture revolution even as he urges other states to support modern farming techniques if they hope to attract youths into agriculture.

Young farmers at the facility believe in the project saying they also hope to be supported with finances to start their own greenhouse farms after learning farming and business skills here.

Earlier, Vice President Osinbajo had commissioned the Jalingo waterworks project at Mile six and the Kona road project built by the Governor Darius Ishaku administration.
