Minister of Defence, Badaru Mohammed says ECOWAS can ensure the stability of democracy in the region by promoting democratic values and strengthening dialogue among member countries.
The Minister is speaking to participants of National Defence College Course 32 who have among them 19 foreign participants.
Mr. Mohammed emphasizes the importance of promoting good governance, equity and justice as prerequisites for democratic governance.
