The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed Olisah Metuh’s application seeking leave to travel abroad for treatment.

Justice Okon Abang ruled that the application by the former Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party lacked merit.

Abang says it seems there is a hidden agenda by Metuh to present the court as inhuman by filing the same application instead of appealing.

The judge also expressed doubts as to whether Metuh’s claim of ill health is true and adjourned the trial to Friday.
