Central Bank Of Nigeria awards N253.54 million grants to 5 Researchers under Healthcare Research grant

The Central Bank of Nigeria has awarded N253.54 million grants to 5 Researchers under its Healthcare Sector Research and Development Intervention Scheme (HSRDIS).

The HSRDIS Body of Experts (BoE) evaluated 68 proposals out of 286 submissions made researchers.

The CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele accoring to a tweet by the official twitter handle of the Central Bank of Nigeria @cenbank urged corporate institutions to support research and development for the overall good of Nigeria.

CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele, Sec to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Min. of State (Health), Dr. Olorunnimbe Mamora among others drummed up support for R & D in Nigeria’s health sector by personally attending the awards ceremony according a series of tweet by the official twitter handle of the Central Bank of Nigeria @cenbank.

CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele restated the Bank’s commitment to support the growth of Nigeria’s health sector; assures of more grants based on recommendation of HSRDIS Body of Experts (BoE).
