The Christian Association of Nigeria has asked the president to do more in checking the many cases of clashes between herdsmen and farmers’ across the country.
The group led by its president, Reverend Sampson Ayokunle, disclosed this on Friday during a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari. at the presidential Villa.
Reverend Ayokunle also urged the government to increase the ratio of policemen to civilians they protect, while making the case for better remuneration for workers.
