A former member of House of Representatives and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Cairo Ojougboh, has congratulated the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio on his 61st birthday celebration.
The former director of projects in the immediate past interim board of Niger Delta Development Commission in a statement he personally signed, said the mammoth crowd and distinguished personalities at the event in Uyo is a testament to the love Nigerians have for the number three citizen.
He described the former governor of Akwa Ibom as a detribalised Nigerian and unifier whose political sagacity has brought tremendous developments to the people of Akwa Ibom.

He prayed for continued God’s protection and guidance for the number three citizen in Nigeria.
