The Accident Investigation Bureau, AIB, has denied media reports that a plane crashed as it attempted to land at the Nnamdi azikiwe airport in Abuja.

The bureau described the report as untrue and misleading.

Some online platforms had earlier reported a plane crashed near the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport while attempting to land.
