Barcelona have officially extended the contract of Danish defender Andreas Christensen, with the centre-back signing a new two-year deal that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2028.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the development on Monday, revealing that the agreement has now been completed and officially ratified.

Christensen joined Barcelona on a free transfer from Chelsea in 2022 and has become an important member of the squad, featuring in both central defence and defensive midfield when called upon.
