The Nigerian Institute of Architects has urged the federal government to promote urban regeneration and housing development in the country.
President of the association Tonye Oliver Braide says doing so is a sure way out of the country’s massive housing deficit.
The body also emphasized the need for architects to sustain and move the nation’s architecture forward by promoting and building capacity while adhering to professional ethics.
