The Nigerian Airforce has reiterated its commitment to providing all necessary welfare packages for its personnel in operational areas to serve as motivation for them to accomplish their assigned tasks.
The chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar stated this during the inauguration of infrastructural projects at 105 composite group Maiduguri.
TVC News Correspondent Jesse Tafida who was at the venue reports that the chief of air staff Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar was received at the Borno State Airforce base by Air Task force commander, Theater commander operation Lafiya dole and other top security officers.
His purpose of his visit was simply to appreciate the gallant efforts of airmen at the 102 composite group in the war against insurgency and to encourgae them to continue with the tempo.
Sadique Abubakar thereafter inaugurated one block of 10 flats and two blocks of bedroom flats for its officers so as to enable them have adequate accommodation.
Next was the inspection of the health facility at the Dalori IDP camp by the Chief of air staff where health care services are rendered freely to patients in the camp.
Air Task Force commander 105 composite group Air Commodore Precious Amadi assured of their commitment in the fight against terrorism.
