Super Eagles midfielder, Paul Onobi, striker Dele Olorundare and goalkeeper Moses Ocheje have been released by Nigeria Pro-Football League side, Abia Warriors, under mutual consent.
Onobi, a Super Eagles midfielder who joined Abia Warriors from KuPS of Finland, has failed to keep pace with the NPFL rigours since his arrival.
Ocheje’s departure paved way for the arrival of former youth international goalkeeper Joshua Enaholo, who was in goal for the Flying Eagles at the New Zealand FIFA U20 World Cup in 2015.
Olorundare who had a loan spell in Turkey with TKI Tavsanli Linyitspor, failed to impress since joining the Umuahia side this season.
