Signing the Bill into law at Government House, Birnin Kebbi the governor lauded the Kebbi State House of Assembly for what he described a thorough and speedy job.
Idris assured that the budget was meant to touch and better the lives of the citizenry, adding that the present administration under his watch would not relent until the yearnings and aspirations of people were met.
