Edo State Governor Godwin obaseki has attributed the low turn out of voters in the state to the high presence security agencies Manning the nooks and crannies of the state
Governor Obaseki in company of his wife Betsy said this shortly after casting his vote at ward four Emokpae primary school in oredo local government area.
He expressed worry at the situation noting that it different from what happened at the presidential election.
