The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Foundation are distributing gifts and food items to religious institutions in a bid to provide help to many families in Lagos during the yuletide.
TVC News Correspondent, Ola Awakan reports that the gift and food items are being distributed to churches, mosques, orphanages and the less privileged in Lagos State.
The 8th edition of the annual Christmas outreach organised by the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Foundation cuts across selected religious institutions in all the Local Government areas of Lagos State.
Beneficiaries of the outreach said it is the right thing to do at this time of economic recession.
They also described the donor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as a great man of substance.
It is believed that Nigeria would be a better place if more politicians can replicate the philanthropic gesture.
