Twenty three killed in Zamfara Village

Twenty three persons were said to have been killed in a clash between local vigilante group known as Yan Sakai and Fulani traders in Dansadau area of Maru Local government area of Zamfara state

The killing was a as result of a reprisal attack that led to the death of three persons in ruwan Tofa village few weeks ago

Dansadau community is in Maru local government area and is about fifty Kilometers from Gusau the state Capital

The area is one of the hotbed zone of Kidnappers and Bandits.

The Zamfara State Government and police are yet to commend on the killings.
