The Nasarawa State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal is currently hearing the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party against the election of Governor Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress.
The Tribunal had earlier dismissed the Preliminary Objections of First, Second, Third respondents against PDP’S petition.

The Petition scaled the preliminary objections by the respondents and the tribunal is now looking into the merits of the petition.
