The United Nations, Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres has praised the commitment of Japan in building the twin principles of African ownership and international partnership.
He made this comment at the ongoing Tokyo International Conference on African Development.
The meetings led by Japan, is co-organized by the United Nations, the United Nations Development Programme, the World Bank and the African Union Commission.
