Governors from the Southern states of the country have not completely ignored the idea of the constitution of a regional security outfit.
Governor Douye Diri made this known during an interactive session with Christian leaders in Bayelsa state.
The Governor also made a case for true federalism as a yardstick in curbing the current security challenges in the Niger Delta region.
