The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has pledged to work with Industrial Training Fund, (ITF) to enhance sustainable economic development in Nigeria.
This assertion was made by Director General SMEDAN Olawale Fasanya, during a visit to the Industrial Training Fund Headquarters in Jos.
The director General of the Small and medium enterprises development agency of Nigeria, Olawale Fasanya and his entourage are on a first working visit to the headquarters of the Industrial Training Fund.

This follows his appointment as the DG of the organisation by president Buhari, in June this year.
The delegation was received by the Director general of the Industrial Training Fund, Mr Joseph Ari, together with some senior officials of the agency.
The DG SMEDAN commended Mr Ari for the achievements recorded and also raising the standards of the agency in line with his mandate.
He expressed SMEDAN’s commitment with a priority to working with the ITF, in achieving their mandate of facilitating the promotion and development of a structured and efficient micro, small and medium enterprises sector.
The Industrial Training Fund’s Director General, Joseph Ari, thanked the delegation for their visit, describing it as appropriate and timely, adding that working together will help the fund fulfill its mandate, which calls for providing interventions for human capital development.
