Celebrating one of ours, Renowned Nigerian author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie has made the cover page of the current Marie Claire Brazil, an international magazine in Brazil.
The 41 year Enugu-born writer thanked the magazine for taking a stand for feminism by featuring her on their front cover.
She also thanked Nigerians for their support
Gracing the cover of the magazine is a great achievement for the fifth child in the family of six.
Since its launch in 1991, Marie Claire Brazil has become the biggest fashion-oriented female magazine and the most read women’s magazine in the country.
The award winning writer’s works include, Half of a Yellow Sun’ published in 2006, and, We Should All Be Feminists’ which she published in 2014.
