Rape: Lawyers speak on meaning, constitutional implications

also the difference between consent and the use of force.

TVC News Judiciary Correspondent, Celestina Iria, spoke to lawyers for give a clear understanding of what constitutes Rape.

The Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly COZA, was accused of rape by the Busola Dakolo wife of Nigeria popular singer Timi Dakolo.

Pastor Biodun had taken to his instagram to defend himself saying he has never raped anybody in his life.

Concerned citizens in Abuja had besieged the street leading to the Headquaters of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly COZA, to express their
displeasure over the alleged rape of Bisola Dakolo.

A lawyer and former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani Kayode, said that citizens should not be judgmental and allow the law to prevail as, Mr
Fatoyinbo had said he will be going to court to challenge to allegations.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has once again taken to his Instagram page to announce that he is taking a leave from the pulpit following the said
allegations to allow for proper investigation by the church authority.
