All is set for the 2023 Chief of army Staff annual conference in Maiduguri the Borno state capital.
With this year’s theme “Personnel motivation for effective operational performance in joint environment” is geared towards finding ways on how best to improve the working conditions of officers and men of the Nigerian army.
