A manhunt has commenced to unravel the masterminds of a detention centre where scores of Nigerians have been held against their will in the Ojoo area of Ibadan.
Commissioner of Police Shina Olukolu made this disclosure while conducting newsmen round the religious rehabilitation centre where he assured that the cops would get to the root of the matter.
