Osun state police command has paraded crime suspects for various offences ranging from alleged kidnapping, robbery, unlawful possession of firearms and attempted murder.
The suspects were paraded by the new Osun State commissioner of police, CP Isaq Mohammed at the police headquarters in Osogbo.
It’s another harvest of suspected criminals who have been disturbing the peace of the State.
They were apprehended by the Police in different towns in the State with some items recovered from them.
The Commissioner of police said the suspects will be duly investigated and made to face appropriate prosecution.
CP Isaq Muhammed thereafter held an interaction with media practitioners in the State where he promised to fashion out effective strategies to address security issues identified by the journalists.
He pledged to ensure promotion of professionalism in the operations of officers of the command.
On assumption of office in the State, the CP had paid a courtesy call on the Ooni of lfe, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi as a mark of honour for the traditional ruler and also to seek his support.
He also had used the opportunity to visit the Ife police Area Command.
