Men of the Nigeria Police Force have continued siege to the Abuja residence of the lawmaker representing Kogi West senatorial district, Dino Melaye.
Although Police had on Friday denied knowledge of the siege to the senator’s Abuja home, our correspondent reported that Police vehicles barricaded the residence of the senator on Friday, in an attempt to get him arrested over culpable homicide.
Police have now released a statement saying they will continue the siege until Senator Melaye submits to arrest; hours after a police spokesman denied knowledge of the action.
