A female passenger arriving on an Ibom Air flight from Uyo on Sunday allegedly assaulted a flight attendant and confronted security officials at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, in a disturbance that was caught on camera.
Videos shared on X by user @OHOgunbiyi showed the visibly agitated woman, dressed in a white top and black trousers, shouting at officials who tried to calm her.
In one clip, she appeared to slap a female cabin crew member.
The altercation, which drew the attention of travellers and staff, was later quelled by airport police.
She was taken away from the scene in a white Toyota Coaster bus but was still seen visibly struggling to jump out of the window of the bus while some AVSEC Operatives were heard saying her luggae will be conveyed in a different bus.

Reacting to the incident, Michael Achimugu, Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said the confrontation stemmed from the passenger’s refusal to obey crew instructions.
He urged air travellers to comply with routine safety procedures, such as switching off mobile devices during take-off and landing.
“Passengers need to understand they have responsibilities, not just rights,” Achimugu posted on X. “I can’t understand why simple routine issues would lead to incidents like this. More details will be addressed tomorrow.”
The disturbance comes just days after the NCAA imposed a six-month flight ban on Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as KWAM1, over alleged in-flight misconduct.
