The case involving Abdulmumin Jibrin against the National Assembly and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara was stalled at a High Court in Kano.
The case failed to hold today because of the absence of the presiding Judge, Justice Idris Koko.
A federal constituency sued the National Assembly and the Speaker Yakubu Dogara, over their legality to suspend their member, Abdulmumini Jibrin from the National Assembly.
The lead counsel for Jibrin’s constituency, Bashir Muqaddam, said the judge travelled out of the state for a conference holding in Abuja.
