Residents of Omikunle in the Yemetu area of Ibadan have continued to troop to the site where diesel fuel was discovered, wondering what could have led to the situation.
The police and other security agencies have since taken over the area to prevent any possible actions from residents.
Officials from the Oyo State Ministry of Environment have also arrived at the scene to take samples from the well in order to determine the next line of action.
