A 3-Day Southwest Election Security Management Workshop is ongoing in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.
The programme which is titled “The 2023 General Elections,: Enhancing the National Security Capacity for a secure and credible Electoral Process in Nigeria”. is aimed at raising the level of sensitisation and security awareness of all relevant stakeholders involved in the electoral process.
In attendance are the 18th Inspector General of Police IGP Solomon Arase, Oyo state Commissioner of Police, Adebowale Williams, a former Commissioner of Police Fatai Owoseni and representatives of other sister security agencies
