Image result for Osun Assembly begins screening of Commissioner, Adviser nomineesOsun State, the House of Assembly has begun screening 35 Commissioner and special adviser-nominees forwarded to it by Governor Gboyega Oyetola for confirmation.

TVC News Correspondent, Rafiu Hammed report that the cabinet nominees had arrived the State house of Assembly at 10 clock alongside their supporters.

At exactly 11:30am, the Speaker, Timothy Owoeye came into the Assembly and promised to ensure the screening is done without fear or
favour.

Former Chief Whip of the state House of Assembly, Folorunso Bamisayemi is the first to be called, and despite being a former member, he was not allowed to bow until some questions were asked.

Then, comes another nominee, Nathaniel Agunbiade, a former member of the house of Representatives followed by seven others. They all promised to serve with all sense of responsibility.

Chief Whip of the House speaks on the reason the tradition of bow and go was bot followed for nominees who are former members of the house.

At the end of the exercise on Monday, 9 out of the 35 nominees were Screened on Monday while another 8 are expected to be screened on Wednesday.
