The national vice chairman, south west of the People’s Democratic Party, Eddy Olafeso has frowned at the federal Government’s declaration of the south west security initiative, code-named Amotekun as illegal.
Despite their political differences, The PDP Chieftain aligned with the Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, to remind the attorney-general of the federation that the business of legislation is not carried out in his office.
Mr Olafeso who was speaking on TVC’s Flagship interview Programme fireworks, avers that Amotekun is the best thing to happen to Nigeria’s South west region in recent times.
