Surveyors in Ogun state have commended the state house of assembly for passing a bill against the activities of land grabbers into law.
They made this known in Abeokuta during a programme on Environmental management in Nigeria.
They noted that the bill will enhance their security on site and give them courage to operate across the state without fear of harassment from land speculators.
The Chairman of the Institute in Ogun State also appealed to the state government to do something on the appointment of surveyor general in the state.
