The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control reported 409 new cases of coronavirus overnight taking the country’s total to 13,873.
Lagos state recorded 201 new cases followed by Abuja with 85.
Delta has 22, Edo 16, Nasarawa, Borno and Kaduna have 14 cases each, Bauchi 10, Rivers 9, Enugu and Kano 5 each, Ogun and Ondo 4 each, while Bayelsa, Kebbi and Plateau have 2 cases each.
A total of 4,351 people have been discharged, while 382 persons have died from covid-19 related complications.
