Chairman of the NDLEA, Buba Marwa, has called on wives of state governors to push for couples to present drug -free certificates at weddings.
The Chairman stressed that it is better for couples to know their drug use status prior to getting married.
The NDLEA Chairman was speaking at a forum of governors wives convened by the agency.
