The National Assembly has approved President Bola Tinubu’s request for a N1.15 trillion domestic loan to fund the 2025 budget deficit.
The approved fund serves as a borrowing plan programme in the domestic debt market to close the unfunded 2for025 budget deficit gap.
TVC previously reported that the House of Representatives, on Wednesday, approved the $2.85 billion loan request submitted to the assembly by President Bola Tinubu to fund the deficit in the 2025 budget.
