The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has joined other notable associations and professional bodies to fault the suspension of Justice Walter Onnoghen as the Chief Justice of Nigeria. The body made this known in Abeokuta through its National public Relations Officer, Azeez Adeyemi during a peaceful rally conducted round the state capital.

The body claimed that the suspension indicates doom for the country if not challenged and urged the President to rescind his decision on the matter in order not to encourage anarchy in the land.
