The All Progressives Congress has dissociated itself from the N13 million allegedly given to the suspected Kidnap kingpin, Hamisu Bala, also known as Wadume for the Presidential election.
National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Issa Onilu said the alleged kidnapper only came up with whatever he could think of.
Mr Onilu also stated that the party has no budget for political thugs, kidnappers and murderers. The party now wants Hamisu Bala to name whoever gave him the money.
Mr Wadume had allegedly confessed to receiving N13 million from the APC, but spent N7 million for the election, in addition to collecting about N6 million from an unnamed sitting governor.
