Telecommunications firm, MTN Nigeria and the central bank of Nigeria have reached agreement over the $8.1 bn illegal capital importation.
The $8.1 bn demand by the CBN was a result of alleged forex remittances infraction by MTN.
MTN, through its lawyer, Wole Olanipekun (SAN) sued the CBN and the Attorney General of the Federation before the Federal High Court in Lagos.
