Officers of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) have apprehended a road infrastructure vandal who was caught vandalising the newly constructed 3rd Mainland Bridge road light indicators.
The suspect was identified as Mr. Friday Nwafor a 46-year-old male resident of Lagos who was immediately taken into custody and handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos Command Mr. Adegoke Fayoade for prosecution.
