Katsina state Governor Aminu Bello Masari is set to release a white paper on the report of a Judicial Commission of inquiry that indicted former Governor, Ibrahim Shema of Financial misconduct of more than 58billion naira.
The chairman of the Commission of Inquiry, Ado Muhammad says the panel received thirteen memoranda and started public hearing in May, last year.
And Governor Masari assures that civil servants who compromised the rules of engagement, will be dealt with.
Masari set up the commission to investigate alleged misappropriation of state funds by the immediate past administration.
