The two judges of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, Justice Ademola Adeniyi and Justice Nnamdi Dimgba who were part of the seven judges arrested by the Department of State Service over corruption resumed sitting in their respective court rooms.
Justice Ademola who resumed sitting on monday, presided over all the cases that were slated for hearing before him, while Justice Nnamdi Dimgba sat for a while before he adjourned.
Both Justice Adeniyi and Dimgba had separately requested for permission from the CJN to sue the DSS.
The CJN has not responded to their requests.
