The Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC)- Rivers State Chapter has called on the electorate to vote for a Candidate of Southern extraction in the forthcoming election.
The IPAC’s decision was contained in a communique issued after its meeting in Port Harcourt.

The group hinged its decision to queue behind a southern presidential candidate on the principle of rotation of power to promote equity and inclusiveness.
